This superb new apartment is in the exclusive "Halikarnass"
complex and is situated in the Icmeler area of Bodrum. It has been tastefully
furnished in neutral tones and has a wonderfully light and airy feel. The
light wood chosen for the furniture and the matching soft furnishings continue
through-out the apartment. The apartment consists of a large lounge/dining
room with integrated kitchen area. The spacious air-conditioned lounge leads
out onto a large covered balcony with built-in barbeque and offers spectacular
views over the Aegean and Bodrum Bay to the Turkish island of Kara Ada and
the Greek island of Kos. It features a large double bed-room and a further
bed-room with two single beds. There is the possibility of accommodating two
further people (at extra cost) on the sofa-bed in the lounge. The fully equipped
kitchen includes a washing machine. It is a short walk to Bodrum marina and
Bodrum town centre. Alternatively you can catch the local public transport
(called the "dolmus") approximately 100 metres from the complex
gates. The "dolmus" route runs past the Aqua-park and shop should

about".A secure gated area is available for car-parking. Consisting
of 24 apartments, completed in 2005, the complex is set on different levels
having fantastic panoramic views over the Bodrum Bay and the local area. A
short walk takes you to Icmeler Aqua-park, a little further and you are on
the beach, on the way you will pass the local shop and bar-restaurant catering
for your day to day needs. The apartments surround the swimming pool with
generous sunbathing area, or for those of you who prefer little more privacy,
you can use the more private roof terrace.

Included in your Holiday Rental?
Included in your holiday rental is; the use
of the apartment for the agreed period, use of the remote-controlled air-conditioning
( extra on many rentals! ), use of all equipment in the apartment including
cooker with grill and oven (a rarity in Turkey!), fridge/freezer, washing-machine
and clothes airer, microwave, kettle, toaster, barbeque, iron and ironing
board, hair-dryer, water-heater etc. Use of swimming pool and all facilities
on complex. A starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be left in
the apartment, all we ask is you replace what you use. Bed-linen is provided.
