A non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required
at time of booking.
In addition a security deposit of £100 will be required
on payment of the holiday balance. This will be lodged against any damage
or breakages during the agreed holiday period. On completion of your holiday
an inspection of the apartment will be carried out. If all is found to be
satisfactory your security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of
your return.
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing, a further 2 people can be
accommodated at a cost of £50 per person per week.
Prices do NOT include flights, holiday insurance,
Turkish entry visa costs (£10 per person at time of going to press)
or airport transfers although transfers can be arranged on your behalf at
an additional cost.
The balance of the holiday is to be paid ( when possible) 90 days before
the departure date.
If a booking is made that is within the 90 day period the full balance
will be payable immediately.
In the event of cancellation once the balance has been paid the following
penalties will apply. This will be based on when the date of the cancellation
is received (either by e-mail or in writing).
60 days or more.....................................................Deposit

Less than 60 days but 30 days or more............50%
Less than 30 days but 15 days or more............75%
14 days or less or "no show"...............................100%
It is your responsibility for travel to and from the apartment, consequently,
no refund will be given for days lost due missed flights or any circumstance
that is not the responsibility of bodrum bay.com. Sorry.
If making a booking it will be presumed that you have read and fully understood
our terms & conditions and have agreed to be bound by them.

The total number of guests staying in the apartment at any one time is
restricted to 6 persons. Should any group misrepresent themselves, they
shall vacate the apartment immediately without refund. Exceptions are made
only for infants less than 2 years old, they will not be included in the
villas total headcount.
