The apartment is the lower one pictured on the left. The Halikarnass complex offers secure parking inside a gated area and the local form of public transport (the Dolmus) is available less than hundred yards from the gates which can take you into Bodrum and on to anywhere else on the peninsular. These run every 10-15 minutes and are a convenient and cheap form of travel around Bodrum and surrounding areas.
The balcony and large sun-drenched roof terrace of the apartment offers outstanding views over Bodrum bay to the Turkish island of Kara Ada and the Greek island of Kos. Day trips to Kos and Rhodes are available from the marina in Bodrum for those holiday-makers wanting to add another country to their holiday itinerary. In addition, day trip cruises are available from the marina and offer excellent value for money.
The apartment is a short distance from the azure waters of the beaches of Bodrum. Within a 5 minute walk Icmeler aqua-park can be found which should ensure the kids will enjoy their holiday as much as you will. A small shop and restaurant/bar is located in front of the aqua-park, handy for the essentials including freshly baked bread daily. The restaurant serves a variety of freshly prepared local dishes.
The air-conditioned open plan living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen features a 4 ring gas/electric cooker with grill and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc and 6 seat dining table. The spacious lit balcony is off of the lounge area and has a built-in barbeque ideal for those evening "al fresco" meals whilst watching the sunset over the Aegean coast!
The apartment has been tastefully furnished in neutral tones. The colour scheme has been continued through-out the apartment giving it a light and airy feel. The generously proportioned dining table will provide comfortable dining for at least 6 people. The choice of a light coloured wood for the furniture adds to the fresh feel of the interior. The large windows fill the rooms with natural sun-light.
The lounge area features a comfortable suite consisting of a 3 seat sofa-bed and 2 seat sofa with views from the patio-doors over the Aegean. The large air-conditioning unit which has remote-control will ensure your stay at the apartment is a comfortable one. All the principal rooms are fitted with BS approved smoke-detectors for your peace of mind and safety.
The master bed-room has a double bed with two bed-side tables, a 4-drawered dressing table with a further 2 drawers in the 3 doored wardrobe. The wardrobe features a full length mirror. The light-wood theme from the living-room is continued into the bed-rooms.
The second bed-room features two single beds with matching bed-side table. A two-door wardrobe has ample storage space for the occupants. The bed-linen matches that of the master bed-room.
